1. What taxes and what percentage should I pay in Mexico when I buy a property?

2. In what time do I get the house from which I choose and generate the first payments?

3. Can I pay for a house in cash?

– All Taxes are paid by the buyer. With the Exception of the the ISR, that tax is paid by the seller.

9. If the house has defects, will I or the seller pay them ?
